ASL Immersion Weekend registration and mailing list information

You may pre-register for the ASL Immersion Weekend by filling out the required
information below.
A space will be held for you for FIVE (5) days after I receive this
e-form. If I have not received your check after five days,
your name will stay on the list only as long as there are spaces available.
Please know that past Weekends have filled to capacity in a relatively short time.
If you cannot attend this workshop but would like to be added to the mailing list for
future workshops,
please submit your information on the form,.
If you are already on the list and wish to be removed, please let me know in the comments section.

information without your permission.
All information, submitted electronically or through U.S. mail, will be used
either for ASL Immersion Weekend purposes, or for other workshops I coordinate.
